What does technical management include?
Regular inspection rounds and a maintenance plan, statutory inspections (electrical, gas, lightning conductors, lifts, fire protection), routine and major repairs and renovations including contractor selection and supervision, building registers and technical documentation, energy audits and savings measures, IoT monitoring of technical systems, CCTV systems, and greenery and common-area cleaning.
What does financial and accounting management involve?
We keep full accounting and tax records for the building, prepare monthly payment schedules, record and check payments and chase arrears (including lists for the committee), prepare the annual settlement of service charges, budgets and repair-fund calculations, archive documents as required and provide transparent online reporting 24/7.
Who do you provide management for?
We manage apartment buildings, owners' associations (SVJ), housing cooperatives and private owners' properties — from single buildings to entire complexes. We always tailor the scope of services to your needs.
How much does property management cost?
The price is always individual — it depends on the size of the building, the number of units, the condition of the property and the scope of services you choose. We will prepare a free, no-obligation quote tailored to you.
Are you quality certified and insured?
Yes. We hold the ISO 9001 quality certification and carry liability insurance. We have been managing properties professionally since 1991.
Do you also provide legal support and debt recovery?
Yes. We offer legal advice, drafting and conclusion of contracts, representation in claims and court disputes, debt recovery and representation in insurance claim settlements.

We negotiate energy supply contracts (water, electricity, heat), carry out energy audits and propose savings measures. We continuously monitor consumption and optimise building operation.
How quickly does the emergency service respond?
The emergency dispatch line is available 24/7, 365 days a year. We handle emergencies as a priority together with proven partners (plumbers, electricians, gas fitters, locksmiths) and arrange a call-out as quickly as possible.
How does taking over a building work?
We take over the complete documentation from the previous manager, carry out an initial inspection of the building's technical condition, set up payment schedules and online access. We handle the whole transition and keep the burden on owners to a minimum.
